2 C. (8oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
1-9 inch unbaked pie shell

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, eggs and seasonings, mix well.Toss cheese with flour, add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
